2. About the Experience

SURA offers hands-on Korean cooking classes designed as cultural and culinary experiences for international guests.
Classes are conducted in English and are not intended as professional culinary training.

3. Booking & Payment

All classes must be booked in advance through our website or authorized booking platforms.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy.
SURA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a refund or alternative date.

6. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

Guests must inform SURA of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least 24 hours before the class.
While accommodations may be possible, SURA cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Safety & Insurance

SURA operates with valid business liability insurance in accordance with Korean regulations.
Guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the class.

8. Photography & Media

Photos or videos may be taken during classes for marketing and promotional purposes.
Guests who do not wish to appear must notify SURA before the class begins.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
