Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains cancellation, refund, and rescheduling rules for bookings made with SURA.
1. Cancellation by Guest
Guests may cancel their booking under the following conditions:

More than 24 hours before the scheduled class time
→ Full refund (100%) -
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time
→ No refund -
No-show (failure to attend without notice)
→ No refund
Cancellations must be submitted via the original booking channel (website or booking platform).
The cancellation time is based on Korean Standard Time (KST).
2. Cancellation or Changes by SURA
SURA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

Instructor illness

Emergency situations

Insufficient number of participants

Safety or operational concerns
In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Late Arrival
Guests who arrive late may miss part of the class experience.
Late arrival does not qualify for a refund or rescheduling, regardless of the reason.
If a guest arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, SURA reserves the right to proceed with the class without further accommodation.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or booking platform.

Transaction or service fees charged by third-party platforms may be non-refundable, depending on their policies.
5. Third-Party Booking Platforms
For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g. OTA websites),
the platform’s cancellation and refund policies may apply in addition to this Refund Policy.
In the event of a conflict, the platform’s policy will take precedence.
6. Agreement
By completing a booking with SURA, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.​
